Where duplicate Accounts are identified, all associated Accounts may be closed and any balances forfeited.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party or allow any other person to access your Account.
jiliy strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via OTP to your registered Philippine mobile number. This provides an additional layer of security against unauthorized access.
You must notify jiliy's customer support team immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account or believe your login credentials have been compromised. jiliy will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized Account access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.
jiliy will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you receive such a request, treat it as fraudulent and report it to our support team immediately.
jiliy accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and bank transfers through major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to Philippine bank accounts may also be accepted where supported.

All funds deposited into your jiliy Account must originate from a payment source registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. jiliy reserves the right to return deposits and suspend Accounts where third-party funding is detected.

jiliy's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising from these Terms & Conditions or the use of the Services shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
jiliy does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. jiliy makes no representations regarding the suitability of the Services for any particular purpose.
jiliy reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, jiliy will provide reasonable notice to Players via email or a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect.
Your continued use of the jiliy platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request Account closure by contacting customer support.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.
Players who believe their dispute has not been adequately addressed by jiliy may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through its official regulatory channels.
